In December, 2005 Caleb workers learned the Campalung orphanage has used its entire budget for emergency medical care leaving no provision for Christmas. Caleb volunteers in Braila baked cakes and cookies and in the United States purchased groceries, toys and candies for the orphans. Volunteers drove through the mountains to deliver the Christmas having to pawn their watches for gas money.
